New server web admin system

This build (213/214) includes support for a new web administration system. Refreshes of the page reset any menus currently open.
It also seems that the information is not updated frequently/correctly.

Ive seen it say there are 19 players on a server capped at 17. It will say the map is ns2_summit when it has been on docking for 5 minutes.

The player list/server information should be refreshing every 3 seconds. What browser are you using? Any addons that would be interfering (NoScript or anything else that screws with Javascript)?

Was using Google Chrome when viewing the pages, no addons besides adblock.
