How do i create a game?

<div class="IPBDescription">with the maps from the workshop</div>So i go to create a game to have a look at some of the maps some fine people have spent alot of time in making

but once i've downloaded it in the mods tab in the game, then go to create game and select the map name, it tries to load then says "File not found"

What do? Is the workshop feature not complete yet?

You have to manually Transfer the Maps from %APPDATA%/Roaming/Natural Selection2, to the mapfolder in the main NS2 installation.
