How To Convert Models?

<div class="IPBDescription">Help me. I'll give you a cookie!</div> Alright, I got the powered armor guy made for CS from the anime <b>Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade</b>. And I want to port him to NS. The only things I know is that I need to decompile and then recompile with NS animations. Can someone tell me how?
