Major game issues on my side, (fine before)

I was one of those who preorder the game when the beta was first announced, at first I was able to play it, took a couple of month break, came back to see the progress, took another break and just tried to load the game yesterday here is whats happening.
I unistalled the game and I reinstalled it, when I try to load the game the menu would show, I could see the background just fine and knew that the menu was there but invisible because I could hear my mouse hovering over the options (thats 1 major problem). Second, I just happened to guess where the join button was and it loaded me to a server, upon loading the game I noticed that I had no GUI or the bullets in dicator, when I pressed ESC the menu was still invisible. Third, and this might be a quick fix or some sort but my fps was complete crap while i was ALIVE around (3.0-5.8 fps), when I died my fps would jump to (40-60 fps) which is completely playble.
I'm a big fan of this game, i go way back to NS1 played countless hours of it and decided to ask for help here because I care, so just maybe I can get a quick feedback or an insight of whats happening.

It is normal to have fps up to double of normal when spawning (spectate).
