<div class="IPBDescription">Best. movie. ever.</div>Has anyone else seen this amazing piece of movie? This was the best action movie ive ever seen, and I its definatly up there in my top 5. Its non-stop action, with amazing special effects and make up. Blade kicks ### as always, and the new geneticlly engineered "Reapers" are the very sweet.

The fight scences are very well choreographed (SP?) and they look mostly real, except for a few scenes which are obvious. Basically, the story is this: Blade teams up with an elite vampire assassin squad (armed with kicka$$ weapons. Stake guns, UV grenades, Machine pistols with silver bullets, and my personnal favorite person is Lighthammer with a giant mace.) to kill this new threat on the streets, the Reapers.

It is easily the best movie so far this year, and I HIGHLY reccomend it.

    I saw it when it came out. I hated it after seeing it. While some of the fighting scenes were good, they did too much wrestling ####. Then Blade suddenly becomes super strong and we don't even know WHY...and about the weapons..

    when they found out what the reapers were weak to, THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST MADE IT IntO GUNS! THey had it ON their guns, but They should have set it up so that it was the Majority of the gun..so that it would cover a huge area when they pulled the trigger.

    While the effects and the fighting were pretty good, the storyline was pretty weak and the stupid wrestling moves ruined a lot of the fighting.

    Oh, and that guy with the mace was an IDIOT.. They were supposed to be elite assassins...

    That guy wasn't even smart enough to be a newbie Barbarian.

    I, however, loved it. My 1 complaint is that the action was a little "Matrixesque". What else would you expect from John Woo though? I think the action was driving, and definitely didn't give me any dull moments. From explosions, to swords, to vampires... if you want it, it was there. As good as the original? Definitely.

    I thought it was WAY better than the origonal. He didnt use his sword enough though, but Snowman was freakin awesome.

    I think visually it was good, but the story sucked. And a lot of the scenes reminded me of other movies.  

    The scenes with the reapers in the tunnels brought back images of Resident Evil (best movie), and then the reaper guy yelling "Father..." reminded me of Star Wars, etc.. etc..

    And why do all vampires seem to know martial arts? And why are all vampires predisposed to listen to techno?

    Wtf, you thought Resident Evil was better than B2? Resident SUCKED so much I was going to cry. Everything looked like trash, plot was trash, and so was the acting. But, also you cannot really evaluate Blade 2 and Resident Evil on their plots, because they did what they were supposed to do which was get you pumped. Not win oscars.

    And I know if I was a vampire, I would totally go to those crazy techno raves. Martial arts, I dont know. But techno music = awesome. The rave scenes in both Blades were awesome, except the one in Blade 2 when the reapers attacked almost gave me seziures...

    I would like to think vampires were more of the gothic kind of people....
    Anyway B2 isn't released here yet, but the first one was visualy stunning so I'm definately gonna watch the sequal, but first I'll watch scooby doo <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    Your own words prove my Point..Yes, I do believe Resident Evil was better than Blade 2...



    And I hated Resident Evil.


    P.s. Interfector, See Scooby Doo, then save your money...that cheap looking live-action wanna-be remake is probally better than RE AND B2 combined...And the actors and graphics dog don't even LOOK like Scooby or Shaggy...the Plot is probally just as bad as wardrobe.

    Although I won't be able to see it for a while, I have faith that it 'll look supremely cool.  Yeah, the plot may suck, but what do you expect?  People who go into these types of movies expecting things such as a detailed and well-designed plot should be considered morons.  I have less faith in Resident Evil, but I've heard that both of them deliver on the action front, so I'm happy.

    wow, here it is, people. The reason why movies suck these days. You Consider people who actually go to a movie looking for a good PLOT to be idiots, when that's what a movie is really all about, the plot, not the special effects and action.

    Wtf is wrong with you Jedisar. If you go into Blade 2 looking for a plot, you must be retarded. There really isnt any plot, just a "scenario" to deliver the most action, blood, gore and weapons. Same with Resident Evil. I care about plot, but when you go to see a movie like Blade or Resident Evil you go in wanting action, not Oscars. On another note, a great movie with a great plot  is Training Day. Go see that if you want something with more substance.

    See? that's just pitiful. That's WHY there is no plot in action movies anymore. That's Why Action movies now suck.

    We can thank idiots who think action movies are only about blood, not WHY the killing is being done, nor how the story progresses.

    Alright, I've seen enough repetitive bickering. The time you save from posting on this thread can be used for wholesome things, such as crocheting me a sweater, or perhaps counting the bumps on the ceiling. Everyone play nice now.
