Comm drop welders

<div class="IPBDescription">^</div>So comm can drop all kinds of stuff, except welders. Why not let him drop these as well? Would certainly make them see more use, although I suppose it might be considered cheap to give marines the ability to repair buildings with no foresight on their part. In any case, thoughts?

If welders are not used enough either players don't know how useful they are or they need to be optimized (reduced costs or more benefits).

Pretty obvious, it's a commander ui capable of supporting welders. Currently there isn't any section for equipment/weapons, which means the options are limited.
