New To Admin Mod

Well, AdminMod's site is down, so I have to bug my peers for questions. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Can anyone give me a hand with this error?
What do the files have to contain and stuff?
Or Do i just make those files blank
I am trying to run AdminMod 2.50 and MetaMod 1.13.1

the "admin_plugin_file" var in the adminmod.cfg file should point to your plugin.ini file, which should be in the same directory as adminmod.cfg

Ex:

admin_plugin_file "addons/adminmod/config/plugin.ini"
