delete options.xml not working?

before upgrade to b209, if i did something wrong i'll delete options.xml in "%appdata%\natural selection 2"
this file save some informations such as nickname, mouse sensitivity, bindings, server name/passwords...
but it's not working now. after i delete it, then i run ns2, the old informations is still there.
could anyone tell me which file save the user profiles of ns2?

    It's in your Steam folder.

    Steam\userdata\<number>\remote\options.xml
