Is there a proper way to create your own server without an internet connection whilst Steam is still running (offline?)
I'm going to be away tomorrow and possibly the next-day and I'd like to continue working on my map whilst on my laptop and also test it in-game, but I tried creating my own server earlier with no internet connection and I get stuck on the loading screen with it attempting to authorize continuously.
