Like the title suggest.

The main idea is for the aliens to choose the egg they want to spawn in.

+
allow to select your upgrades before the eggs burst, avoiding egging again to get upgrades
Take a strategic place if hive is being attack or to be closer to your destination
Avoid waiting to spawn, doing nothing
Not to spawn in an onos egg the commander bought that you did not want
To spawn in the fade egg the commander bought

-
eggs must be identified as available
Priority on the fastest egg finder

I think it be cool choosing your egg in spectator mode starting from the hive.
Like a spirit looking for a egg to "fertilze".

But maybe a more simple way to do it would be to select your egg from commander view

sorry if something similar was written before... I didn't find it

    +1

It'd be amazing if there was a number that displayed how many eggs were left at a hive, so you could just scroll through them.

Egg choosing mechanism definitely needs some work. Its frustrating to spawn as a class you didn't want or at a hive on the opposite side of all the action.

The other day I was playing Pub, coz i'm too noob for clans, and I spawned into an Onos egg.... I'm really sorry if I stole someone onos, thanks to the khamm if he was just doing this randomly, or I suck and are noob so don't waste an Onos on me if this was somehow planned. Now a fade or lerk egg, that would be appreciated...

PS: What the hell is going on with this egg thing? Making a selection on a computer without a mouse pointer click or button press is very, er, interesting...
