Server issue

There is an issue with the dedicated server where after it has run for an extended period of time without being restarted/crashing (maybe 1 day), the tickrate changes and net_stats seems to indicate that it is at 32 (flat that is, no decimal) generally. Once this happens, the updates recieved by the clients drop to >15, and the game tends to run alot more choppier/hitchy. The tickrate will still fluctuate from time to time, but it generally will hold at 32.

    I've noticed and reported the issue, since its a fairly annoying performance bug. However, if you can find any better repro steps (other than let a server run for long enough), it'd be much easier to track down the problem and fix.
