Please refrain from posting about the NS2 performance, the UWE devs are very well aware of the issues and are actively workign on it.
Also, easy on the image only posts, this isn't an imageboard.

The performance is absolutely abysmal and always has been. Stop covering it up. Thanks.
footnote, made public because I do not believe you asked me not to comment on performance, if anything be nicer in my degradation of the performance like I just said, but spinning the forums to be an actively moderation pr tool rather than communication with players is mark of bad company and bad business.
I thought it would be nice to share this with anyone who see's it, as it will probably be moderated, deleted or removed because it makes "the game and team look bad" and they probably have feelings about being substandard or some crap like that, rather than doing the manly thing and taking it on board, ignoring it or refraining from posting and instead putting that energy in to actually delivering results instead of delivering moderated forums.

Please learn to use post constructively.
And yes "Please refrain from posting about the NS2 performance" wasn't the right way to put it, I'd call it berating.
You can comment about the performance all you want as long as it adds something, not thread long posts just ranting.
They're a small hard working team, making a game from scratch, get off their toes and give them a hand or two.
As you clearly think you are doing this for the benefit of the players, let me say that I personally support Zaggy in this case. You posting his message only makes me wish you had heeded his warning.

What Zaggy is getting at, and UWE fully supports him in this, is that persistent non-constructive complaining posts about a well-documented problem with ample developer responses is not constructive in any way, shape or form. It creates noise for no discernible benefit to anyone.
If we were trying to hide things,
1. We would have deleted this thread
2. Developers would not post in these forums
3. We would not share detailed performance improvement plans and goals
4. We would not openly discuss the issue in public, for example during Q&As.
These forums have been closely moderated for over 10 years. It has nothing to do with "censorship" and everything to do with preventing flame wars.
Case in point: I am leaving this thread intact because I could not be less interested in censoring your views, but I'm closing it because experience tells me that it's very likely to descend into a flame war.
