Reduce Rifle Rate of Fire

I've being getting very frustrated with the Marines Rifle rate of fire.

Its simply too fast that players uses up all thier ammo in a few secounds and have to reload alot in the heat of battle.

I propose the rifles rate of fire being reduced and maybe a increase of in damage to compensate.

Please leave a response on whether or not its a good idea.

...Don't hold down the mouse button so much? Learning when to fire and when not to is all part of getting better at video games.

+1 - but don't take it the wrong way, its something I struggle with too. But then, I prefer the gnashy teeth.

I just prefer shotguns. No having to retardedly track skulks, just one flickshot. That being said maybe you could put a burst mode onto it or something and switch flashlight to an individual thing. Still is your own fault for holding the button down, though.

it's a bad idea because players get more for less - they have to hit less shots to do the same damage, so the people who can perform well enough to actually aim (which eventually will be everyone) are better than they used to be, and you just threw in a new level of imbalance to sort out

now come at me and say I'm trolling. let's get this to 5 pages!
