Malformed Faces?

<div class="IPBDescription">What's the deal?</div>Hey everyone,

Just wondering if I am the only one encountering what I can only assume are "malformed faces" in the Spark Editor. I have to recreate faces ALL THE TIME in Spark Editor. At first, I thought I was editing sloppy, but the more I try and be neat and tidy, and follow the grid lines, and keep all my geometry clean, the more I realize that I am unable to avoid this issue. How do you deal with this issue? Do you deal with this issue (I should ask)?

What's the fix, or the trick, or the secret?

Example attached.

Cheers,
Cody

Yes, there is a malformed face. You have no choice but to delete it, and to fill in those faces using the triangle method, or selecting the lines with the select tool and then hitting create face. If Spark can't create a solid face somewhere, you are not creating it correctly.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I just wondered why I get so many malformed faces when I map. I know how to recreate them, it's just a pain.

Thank you for the info, though.

    Cheers,
