Maturing Gorge Buildings Proposal

I was thinking that, when Gorge structures mature they would only count one third the amount towards the Gorge limit. This would give Gorges more of an incentive to keep current hydras as well as mini-cysts (clogs don't mature) rather than just constantly rebuild them. Obviously if a Gorge dropped 3 hydras he would then only be able to build 2 more after they matured, then 1 (assuming the value would be rounded up towards the cap). Until he reached the limit, which would take quite a while to actually see 9 hydras per Gorge.
