Random Team Minor Bug and Suggestion

Bug: Random Team will occasionally place me as Spectator or onto a team with more people - and therefore stacking the teams unfairly.

Suggestion: Would like to see a console command "jr" to join random. "js" for joining spectator wouldn't be bad either.

    J3 moves you to random, spectate moves you to spectator.

    Oh sorry my bad. The J3 command works only with the Menumod.
