NS2 crashing when clicking exit

I dont even know how to start to find out what this is thats causing it, However, Everytime i click "exit" on the ns2 main screen after playing a game, my whole PC crashes forcing me to completely restart my pc.

I thought it was menumod, but happens with Vanilla NS2, I tried disconnecting from a server before clicking exit, still the same.

Ive uninstalled an reinstalled ns2, still the same.

I get no error reports from windows either.


anyone have any advise?
