<div class="IPBDescription">a small flyer with 3 different attacks?</div>hi guys,

i for the most part thought the move from bilebomb to the lerk was a good decission, made the lerk feel like a divebomber of some sort.

today it hit me: the lerk is the only liveform with 3 destictly different attacks, which is odd in such a small creature. skulk, gorge, fade and onos have only 1 form of attack and 1-2 supplementing abillitys.

the more i thought about it, making the bilebomb a sporebomb with ~8meter radius seemed more natural than the bilebomb.

thoughts?

PS: to keep the lerk able to seriously threaten buildings it would suffice to reduce the energycost of spikes(they do have high dps).

Level 3 abilities have not been added. Onos will be getting Primal Scream, that is different from it's other attacks, who knows what teh other aliens will be getting, but I'm sure it will be a mix up of abilities.

    Spores attack heatlh only
    Bile Bomb attacks Armor/structures only

If you start confusing the roles it will be unclear to players why some spores damage and others don't. Keeping it separate is a logical idea. Also If you fire at a building with lerk spikes while it is biled, it goes down very fast. With a skulk assisting, you don't even run out of energy before it goes down. Making the lerk able to solo all buildings quickly would make it vastly overpowered.

i dont see the lerk as an strukture killer, with sporebomb i meant that it would create a healthdamaging sporecloud with ~8m radius, which is nice, because you no longer need to fly into the face of a shotgunmarine with lvl2weapons to deploy your spores. seems like a logical update for the sporetrail.
