Onos walking

<div class="IPBDescription">is anoying</div>Okay, so when camouflage is upgraded and you are cloaked it used to be fun to walk slow and kill an unsuspecting marine. When you do thisin 206 the walk movment is very jerky and looks like lagging. I tryed this on a copuple of games on diffrent servers incase it was a one off but i still got it. Mayby it has something to do with shift also being used to charge but who knows. I just wanted to give you guys the heads up on this. Also is this happening to others too?

    I cant even find the walk key with onos, shift just charges!

    shift is used for charge, not walking.
    would like to see a video of this if you can? i cant tell what you're talking about.

    DL fraps.
    start a lan game, cheats 1, j2, pres, tres, then jump in the hive and throw down shade/research cloak. while cloak is active step out of the hive and type onos in the console (~) as well as thirdperson. upload the results.

    It wont show because the clip link say the work g. a. y. In it whaich shows as ###### so here it is again but you will need to take the spaces out

    Are you talking about just pressing w? or are you.. holding shift and pressing w repeatedly?

    When you are cloaked standstill and press shift and hold it, now you can walk.

    i am guessing you didn't watch the video then, Thats what i am doing but it is making the walk really jerky

    What is the walking speed of Onos suppose to be?

    In Onos.lua it appears it should be 7. However, in game, it is only 5, according to debugspeed.

    The slow speed and long acceleration of Onos in build 206 are making it feel very clumsy.

    that was directed at me.. I haven't cloaked as onos since I got the game a couple months ago so I forgot about that :P
