Ditto. But now I kinda want to be in a game with the MaximumSquid commanding to see how well it'd work. I'd definitely feel nekkid as a marine, but with a comm that know what whey are doing that doesn't matter.

huh? I always take cavern and north tunnel at the same time because it seems like common sense..
Whether I turtle up in crushing after that depends on whether I think my teammates are actually going to make use of it, and whether the marines are pushing it. Am I missing something?

I get 4 RTs right at the start of the game, crushing/cavern/ore/north tunnel. Ore hive actually make sense if you don't know whether your team can actually hold crushing, sometimes it's very uncertain and usually it's better to have that 'secure' 2nd hive instead of having one that might die. But honestly, with 5 RTs you'll be able to drop the next one fast enough anyway :P (or 7 RTs, I usually try to get central asap as well :P)
