Collision of everything, why its so weird?

Why is the collision so weird in the game?
Players stuck into each other.
I had things happend like a skulk jumps with leap into me and i could not move in any direction.
Or sometimes i get stuck as gorge in/on something, sometimes i can't even walk up stairs or some surfaces has some object/garbage which block me, but it has just the heigh of 1 inch.
Im not complaining, i just wondering what do that bad collisions and when or how will they be fixed.
Sometimes i slide off objects and it feels like, somebody put glue on the objects.
Also i had this situation, i was gorge, run away from a marine, the marine hunt me, he jumped to me, i jumped and he fly to the air, very funny but crazy.
Oh yes and i died as gorge...like 99% in the game if you meet a marine as gorge.
P.S. yes its a beta...
