Turn off Blood and Gore

I would really appreciate a way to turn off all gruesome things.

This may be a bit surprising, but would certainly make the game more accessible in my household... (I await your mockery)

    Not a bad idea, up to devs to decide how feasible it is. May just be a simple change.


    To be honest though, I surprised by the lack of gore. Shotguns and explosives don't blow skulks into bits. Onos goring doesn't slice a marine in half.
