... seeing NS2 and UWE on PAX feels kind of awesome. Already owning the game. I am so hipster.


I know - and everyone who has played with me knows - that I rage a lot about the game, but only because I love it so much.


I have the feeling that after PAX, UWE will have a few hundred buyers more.

    Hundreds if not thousands you mean, the influence PAX can have on NS' playerbase stretches far beyond the people that try it at PAX for the first time.

    What is this? I only just missed the black armor preorder (I ordered the holiday 2 digital copies for like $38.00 dollars or there abouts)... Would really burns me if they are handing these out to random people... Whatever they are, guessing black armor. =[

    its just a very very very small icon next to the player's in game name. (not in the scoreboard)

    At least you got 2... I waited last year, and was hoping they would offer the same deal for Christmas, but they didn't... Would have loved to give that copy away to a friend of mine.

    So, just one copy for 38 bucks and no black armor :( (I know, I am greedy.)

    I regret not getting it when they had the overgrowth promotion paired with it. Oh well. I just split the cost with a friend. =]

    they stated previously that it is most certainly NOT the black armor from the special edition, and that it could possibly be available to purchase by everyone after PAX is done

    The DLC pax icon is the right thing to give away.

    People who didn't go to pax shouldn't care if they don't have the pax logo next to their name on the scoreboard.

    I believe reading somewhere on the forums a dev posted stating they want to add customization, and also female Marine model. I am sure that will come after release probably.

    Wouldn't mind that at all. Or some simple decals like the marines had in ALIENS would be sweet.
