Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun display rendering fix

Since b199 update to b200, the ammo/clip display of rifle/pistol/shotgun has changed. I made this fix to make the display back to the old style.

<u><b>Install:</b></u>
put the folder "fonts" into your ns2 directory "...\natural slection 2\core\fonts\"
put the folder "lua" into your ns2 directory "...\natural selection 2\ns2\lua\" and overlay

<u><b>Update:</b></u>
5/03/2012 it's still working on b209, not need to update

4/21/2012 it's still working on b205, not need to update

Thanks for this. I like it a lot and its actually a bit better than the old one UW made as its not quite as bright which I prefer.
