People idling in ready room

There should be some countermeasure for people taking too long to chose a side. Either, after a certain time, have them kicked from the server or automaticly make them chose random.
I have seen too often how teams are unbalanced because people are standing around in the ready room and doing nothing.

but for both:
1. afkler in RR
and
2. afkler ingame
imo the best would be:
if a player doesn't move/type/react for 1 minute, het gets kicked from the server.
if he's afk in a team, it's even worse than afk in the RR
Also Spectators who do not move their camera at all should probably be kicked as well, seeing as spectators DO use up server resources + a slot.
I'm against automatically kicking someone from a game, mainly because you lose all p.res but also because the circumstances may mean that even the rest of the team doesn't want that player kicked. There probably should be a vote to kick option in general (anti-troll option) and that would take care of this anyway.

Woah woah woah! Anti-Smokers-Nazi! There is NO team-unbalance because of idlers in the ready room. Because you only can join a team with less players. It WILL only get unbalanced if you force AFK players in teams. Stop ###### around, when other players need a break. You can not and will not force me to play with you. Period! And its much better, when I stand in the Ready Room instead of AFKing on a team.
But, Ok. There is a problem with AFKers. But you couldn't find it:
As much as I like it to get a break between games, without being forced to leave the server. I can understand, that this behavior leads to "every time full servers" because of this full servers, a player who needs a break, will not leave the server and make the problem even bigger. Auto-Kicking afk players after a short while, when the server is full, would be a solution. And as much as I like my ready room idling, I could understand that it is necessary to get more often free slots on servers.

Breaks are fine, but should be kept short. If you need a 5 minute+ break, then leave the server. There are few things more annoying than losing a game fighting 6v7 because some dude needed to afk for 30 minutes to eat dinner.
I kick anyone who sits AFK 5m+ in the D|S server, assuming the server is full. They can rejoin when they're done taking a break. Most admins will kick afks for you if you ask.

Go take a piss and wash your hands in under 60 seconds.

This seems like the best solution. I idle in RR all the time to seed servers in the morning when I can't get into another. This solution allows for that behavior while allowing new people to join at a steady rate. If the server is full, kick the RR with the most time idle +1
