New Gorge stucture: Insulation

Since gorge is a bit starved for options, I was wondering peoples thoughts on this.
Give gorges a new structure, available after 2 hives. It is built directly onto a wall, and appears as a large, black buildup similar to normal infestation.
The feature of this wall will be that any alien behind it, that is to say the wall is between a marine and the alien, will not show up on motion tracking.
This allows gorges to hide alien movements and numbers in forward positions, or even at the hive if marines are pushing. Obviously the marine commander can still manually scan.
It would be cheap, around same as cysts since limited benefit. I would also say it should be only vulnerable to splash damage (gl) and flamer.
Here is a terrible paint throw-together.

Marines in bottom left cannot see any aliens, the marine at the top may see a couple.
Thoughts?

I suppose. I was thinking this would be a quick throw up for forward attacks though, since gorges seem to be taking more of a battlegorge role now.
I think this is interesting idea but I think scan should still set off the MT in that room. They have said gorge has some things to come so this might just overwhelm the gorge menu
The effect is so little and so situational, it's not worth the programming.
If you could come up with more effects for this building, in addition to this... than ok.
The effect could even be a part of the goowall.
+1

Yes I suppose thats true.
Assuming that goo wall is same as webs in NS1, would be a nice functionality that if placed on walls (rather than filling a corridor), it would block scans.
I'll try to think of another feature of insulation (to make a separate building), but atm this sounds like a good idea.
Hm this is a very good point. Perhaps something that acts like this would be only good for a commander, but then gorge is still without a new structure.
