Do not attach Recall to any Shift structure. This will force Aliens to take Shift hive first. As if aliens didn't already have piss poor game choices.
Make it a completely separate structure.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Depends on the commander, I wouldn't use this first (actually the abilities on the shift look pretty pathetic) but on the second or third hive then perhaps ONLY then.
EDIT: actually since I don't know what kind of upgrades it would bring yet I suppose I shouldn't say anything lol

Depending on how well Echo works, I do agree that the shift abilities are pretty terrible (shade still being worse, imo). But Recall on a shift structure will make going shift hive first a requirement to help facilitate protecting an unbuilt hive easier.
Unless of course they make it so you can't teleport to an unbuilt hive, then my concerns are moot (and making shift on par with shade in terms of uselessness). Not to mention single hive aliens are so terrible after the first 5-7 minutes of the game that which ever hive structure you take first doesn't matter since rushing a second hive takes priority over upgrades due to that fact that Aliens are terrible with one hive and its a complete waste of res to take upgrades on skulks.
