Hi I found a post about <strike>the same</strike> a similar issue, this was suggested as a workaround:

You can use the game's own Anti-Aliasing using r_aa true in the console or setting it to true in the options.xml @

Text blurriness usually results from setting mipmap detail level to performance in your graphics driver's control panel. Set it back to quality again, you won't gain any noticable performance boost on most systems anyway (afaik).
