Suggestion: Team res limit to 100

<div class="IPBDescription">overflow afterwards</div>I think having team res top out at 100 and then afterwards overflowing to players could help in end game, especially for aliens.

Marine commanders can dump the res into arcs late game, but alien commanders don't have that option. And no, whip spam is not equivalent.

    100 seems too low, but yes would be nice. Atm most alien games end with commander on 500 res and nothing to do but mass produce whips to rush the base.

    The idea of a cap would force the maximal gameplay options of a commander, but would 'waste' all overflow res.

    Would like an overflow res counter, every 100 res, give the team some sort of boost.

    I'd going to vote no on this.

    The proper way to fix too much TRes during the end-game is either to
    1. Rebalance the alien economy to match tech/chamber cost to their realistic res flow, or
    2. Give the aliens something to spend their TRes on lategame (maybe phantasm?)

    I'd say the problem is more with how the res flows than how it should be limited overall. The slowed down or dried up resource points tend to help with this in other games.

    harvestors/extractors give pres also, so dominating still gives you an advantage of pres... so it still helps end stalemates

    so ... not really needed
