I'm unsure if this is cross platform, but I know it's for download on the PSN store right now for the demo.

For those who remember Bullfrog Entertainment, they did a game called Syndicate Wars.

They made a huge twist and turned it into a FPS.

I've been playing this game for about 3-4 hours, hit lvl 10 and I'm really loving this. Seems pretty flawless so far and haven't found any glitches yet. Except sometimes...rarely..i'll lock up for about 3-5 seconds and I'm fine.

Other than me trying to get some friends to team up...what's new with everybody? :D

I was all like :D when I heard there was going to be a Syndicate remake. Then I heard it wasn't going to be a remake but some ###### fps with the name slapped on. Facepalm ensued, and I promptly lost interest.

As a FPS it looks kinda new and interesting but it didn't need to claim to be a reboot.

Loved the original. I had it on the Jaguar console. That's right. Jaguar.

Same as lolf was happy to hear it was getting remade but it seems about as relevant as Half-Life 3 being made as a Super Mario game.

Paranoia does the game have any features that make it stand out from other FPS's? I saw a video which seemed to place a lot of emphasis on using the chips in your head to remotely control stuff but it seemed very gimmicky and no different to Jedi mind trick + opening doors.

Played the 360 demo and actually it's not bad. My biggest grievances were 360-related: piss-poor frame rate and shoddy controls. It's a bit weird they're making a big deal of the co-op. As someone who doesn't enjoy co-op as much as single player or competitive MP I'm a bit concerned there won't be much in it for me so I'll wait for the reviews.

For those who do enjoy co-op I hope you get more than a linear level finished with an end game boss who has a tonne of health.

Oh and there is a PC version but they didn't give us the demo which is never a good sign!

Konohas Perverted Hermit

I saw this a while ago but the gameplay just reminded me of Neo Tokyo mod. So I wasn't impressed.

Neo Tokyo mod was a ###### fest to begin with imo.


Anyways..I need some buddies on PS3 to play with. :D
