Game won't launch after patch

Game crashes to desktop on launch after this new patch.


64bit win7 i5 2.8ghz
gtx 560ti 448 cores limited edition <<<<< maybe this card is not supported?
1920x1200 monitor (tried lowering resoltion, no luck)
nvidia 285.62 and tried nvidia 290.53 beta drivers no luck on both
