Unless you want to make all mods here official, and thus need the consent of everyone, I feel it would be useful if there was some sort of list or contact made with the persons in question. This may already be the case, but then I don't see why there is a forum thread for it.

By signature, you mean the hand typed signature? This could be an issue if you lack a scanner or fax machine, but I suppose it could be solved.

As far i know, you could just write three letters as your signature, you also could write like "batman".
There was a information on german tv, maybe its diffrent in usa.
I guess you could sign with "Fluid Core" instead of "Richard Price" ^^, im not sure.
