Please fix the reload!

Please change this, if i want to reload - i want to reload!

And not abort it every 2nd time by accident...

edit: indeed @ Iron - either get rid of it, or make it so you cant abort anymore after 50-80% of the animation. (even tho its a little bit stupid, since you drop the magazine out of the gun in the beginning)
Reload management is part of fps play and you still can switch to pistol at anytime!


While it can save my ass sometimes most of the time its a cause of death.

    your post is undetailed, I assume you mean the fact that in the last millisecond, if you change weapon, or interact with something... it aborts.

    I think there might be a timing issue between the animation finishing and the actual reload finishing. You could do the same thing in NS1, but it very rarely happened, whereas in NS2 I switch too early on a regular basis.

    Not sure why you felt the need for an aggressive CAPS LOCK thread title though?

    you cannot interrupt rifle reload anymore by firing your weapon (you can still cancel it by switching weapons)
