Registration Issues

Seem to be having a real bad time today, now; it might be me and the fact I can't hit a barn door, but it seems like bullet registration is REALLY bad in this patch. I have heard a few others mentioning this as well in the past few hours. Just wondering if their are other people that would seem to be having the same problems.

TLDR: I could just suck
