Try Generalbowser from Team 156, here's some of his incredible gameplay footage he recorded vs world class NS2 players: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySFw6DxXWfs

That is a cool video, but I am capable of making what he has made there.
What I am looking for is on this calibre of a video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYhr2vOf-hk...nel_video_title

Yeah the animation editing is a major thing, especially the quality effects of the video when he shoots the gun.
somebody ref'd me to this guy so I am checking him out - he has beyond exceptional skills

You could check out this CS movie I did something like 4 years ago. http://swalkmovies.dk/MovieDetails.aspx?id=34 I'm interested in making NS2 movies, but I'm personally waiting for a replay editor. But if you have some good POV recordings, I might be able to make something for you.
Edit: I suggest you download the file instead of watching the stream.

Not sure why you're bashing the guy. Not everyone has amazing skills at games or video editing.

What exactly are you looking for? It's going to be hard (and expensive) for you to find someone who can do both motion graphics and video editing really well. My suggestion? Get someone skilled in motion graphics to make an intro, and then get a video editor (with some graphical abilities) to handle the rest of the vids.
Not sure if I'm a good fit, but I'm interested. How many hours per week are we talking here? I'm not a pro with either motion graphics or editing, but I'm pretty decent. I can send you some of my work if you want.

Sure send me some of your work, I have been sent 2 or 3 messages so far by a few people. As for expensive - it's fine as long as I get the results I am looking for. From what I have seen so far, I have one guy that seems to be good at video editing, but I found another guy that is fantastic at special effects and intros.
Send me some of your work and I am going to see who I am going to pick for the project.
Much appreciated to all of those that sent me a message about it.

Oh, and how would you send the footage to someone out of the country? Is there going to be a replay feature in NS2?
