I use a 4870 and I can run the game just fine in 1680x1050, all my settings are on high, though I don't use atmospheric or AA. (I have not played 185 yet though) I'm on one of the first i7's, so I don't know how that compares to the phenom, but the game is very much playable. I'd say 20-25 fps average, which is fine for a game in the testing stages.
