PSO2

Still basically a cross between Diablo and over the shoulder third person action.
Doesn't seem like a huge step up from the old game...

P.S. It is Force and Ranger.
I'm still hoping it'll be good and I'll probably buy it, but consider me wary :p
On a more positive note though, it's very pretty looking and those noises they use for level ups and whatnot are super notstalgic :D
Wonder what class was using the force techniques. It doesn't look like the typical FOnewearl or FOmarl I've seen in the concept art for the game. FOcaseal maybe? Or just a RAmarl using a wand? It does look a bit more like a RAmarl design to me :3
WHAT?
--Scythe--
The first two letters denote it's actual class type:
HU = hunter (melee person)
RA = ranger (gun person)
FO = force (magic!)
After that is a title that denotes class and race...
mar = human male
marl = human female
newm = newman male
newearl = newman female
cast = android male
caseal = android female
That's all there is to it :D
I do agree that PSO was more enjoyable the slower you took your time and had fun with the traps. More people you knew in the room, the funner it was.
HUcast with Tsumikiri J-Sword and L&K 14 Combats with Hit = Unstoppable.
That all said, I do find myself curious/worried by the decision to make PSO2 PC only. It's always been a console game at heart so I'm not sure what they're aiming at with this. Are they still chasing after Monster Hunter? For shame sega... you started all this long before MH; innovate, don't follow :3

More enemies, more action, just generally more interesting to watch than the other two :o

(It looks like an octopus... wonder what the FOcaseals will look like :o )</div>
The dashing to travel thing is kinda standard behaviour in any game with a dodge. I've seen games try to stop it, but it usually just ends up making the dodge pointless, so if they don't have an elegant solution I'm happy to live with people dashing about over having a broken dodge ability :p
I'm wondering where the MAGs(?) are, though? I liked having those two weird thingies floating behind my shoulders, even if keeping them up to par was eh.
