[ Server ] Console and encoding of playernames

Just a little request, which is probably not that much time consuming to fix: When a player with special characters in his nickname joins a server, the serverconsole will eventually stop working after he has fully connected and his name got printed to console. A few builds ago this also happened when someone used special characters in chat, but this has been fixed recently imho.

And aside from that, please give us a server-specific board. Being able to seperate server stuff from gameplay and general discussions would probably also help new admins. ;)
