Reorientation of Viewing Angle

Had this come up when messing around on a server. After respawning as aliens, I noticed I could not look directly up. However, the loss of upwards viewing was gained in lower viewing.

This is me looking as far down as possible.
(I had more images, but I was dumb and messed them up because I was alt-pnt screening them, forgetting there is a screenshot button...)
Not sure if you can tell, but the floor is on the top of my screen (and I was not on any low ceiling).
Was unable to correct this (tried dying/respawning, disconnecting/reconnecting my mouse, and so on).
The only thing I could figure did this was my rapid mouse movements I do while waiting to respawn (because I was bored and fast moving, blurred images make me happy).

I've had this happen to me as well. I was only able to fix it upon dying, but it would still randomly happen from time to time.
and now that you are talking about marines... i dont know if this is related at all but sometimes marines are tilted a litle... as if they were running downhill... the marine model lthen is like / instead of |
