Energize and Metabolize Redundancy?

This is a comment in the Lua code for the yet implemented Hive ability Metabolize:
<!--c1--><div class='codetop'>CODE</div><div class='codemain'><!--ec1-->    // Find nearest friendly entity within range and boost it's evolve/research speed<!--c2--></div><!--ec2-->

This is the description at the NS2 Wiki for the yet implemented Shift ability Energize
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec--><u><b>Energize</b></u>
Triggered ability that gives energy to nearby players and structures<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

While not strictly the same, both of these perform similar enough functions (from different structures) that they appear somewhat redundant. It seems like the two could be combined into one.
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec--><u><b>Metabolize</b></u> (Shift Ability)
Triggered ability that boosts the Evolution/Research speed and Energy regen rate of the target structure or player.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I'm of the opinion that one ability from each chamber should be given to the Hive anyways (Fury, Umbra, Cloak, Energize) so this works out.
