I thought I would help you out by finding the cause of this bug.
Sometimes when you respawn and become a skulk your view gets put upside down (By the way, why can't you look fully down when you are a skulk? I find it hard to leap onto marines heads when they are below me).
Well, I found (What i think) the cause of it. It happens when you are a skulk and you die when you are attached to a wall. No idea why it happens but I think that is the cause of it. I tested lots (And killed myself lots) and I think that is is the problem.
