require marines to pay for restocking

I feel with the new weapon pick up and the lowered cost of the nade launcher marines have to much spare res in general. On top of the cheap cost of the armory, it creates balance problems. I,m wondering if having it cost a small amount of personal res to heal and stock ammo would help balance things a little more; maybe 1 or two res.

What happens then when you have zero res to spend on anything and require restocking? Do you just go ahead and suicide? Or go balls out with the axe?

That in itself would be a bit silly, aliens can heal and have an unlimited supply of energy to attack with for free, while the marines have to pay to heal and to restock ammunition? Slightly unfair if you ask me, besides a lot of features are not ingame yet for the marines, jetpacks, hmgs, exosuit. All that 'extra' res they currently have will soon dissapear when they are added to the game.
