voting maps

while i like summit id like to see rockdown and tram more and some new maps too, so maybe a way to vote a new map after a couple of rounds.

    Right now I only play summit because I get poor performance on the other 2 maps.

    UWE hasn't really implemented many of the standard server map functions (e.g. change map, custom map download, etc). A votemap command will probably be part of an admin mod such as <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=112026" target="_blank">GmOvrmind</a>.
