New ability: Gorge sticky goo

<div class="IPBDescription">Get that gorge in the fight!</div>Gorges have no love so far, and now the talk of nerfing hydras! Oh no! Here's an idea to help give the Gorge more front-line, utility and action.

STICKY GOO

Works like flamethrower (shorter range, greenish/yellow color?)
Slows all marine movement, reload, weapon changing by x% (perhaps start at 10% per application?)
Firing rates are unaffected
Stacks to a max of y% (perhaps start with 50%?)
Each application lasts z seconds (perhaps start at 3)
Infests ground if hit instead of player (replaces healspray infestation; can't re-infest already infested area to save server ticks)
Effect instantly removed by commander health pack (or even a new flamethrower alt-fire)
Sticky goo JAMS sentries (they do not fire, same duration as marine slowdown)
Sticky goo has no effect on the exo-suit

TECH PATH

Research ability at...extractor?
Costs commander res to unlock globally
3 levels of upgrade, increasing range, energy efficiency, and slowdown per application OR one upgrade for each factor
Gorges must evolve this ability at a pretty good cost (~10-15?)

This ability would move the gorge to the front lines and give it something more offensive, but supportive, to do other than spam healspray. I like this much more than bilebomb as it still allows gorges to nullify sentries but also gives them something to do vs. marines. Thoughts?
