Didn't get my Key after pre-ordering

I purchased last night through paypal and received no confirmation email of any sort. It appears on my paypal list of transactions, and I've already checked the spam folder.
I went to the link to have my email re-sent and it says that they don't have my account on file. I bought before I signed up for an account on this website, I'm not sure if that causes any complications. If so, make it mandatory to have an account before being able to buy it. I sent an email to store@ but received the macro email saying it may be a long time to get a response, so hopefully this will resolve my issue faster.
