Double sounds bug?

There's still this strange problem that happens when I join a game every now and then or a new round begins (almost always).
When you shoot your gun or even turn on your flashlight, you hear the sound played twice a few milliseconds apart.
After a while it seems to disappear, but its very strange and almost as if the game code is running twice for each event?
