Everyone is expereincing this problem to some degree. The game is in Beta, and because of this there is much work to be done. The game is heavily in development and is being further optimised every patch. Think its unplayable now? you should have been around for the Alpha! its come leaps and bounds since then! Have patience, it is getting more playable every patch. I have fps issues too mainly with hydra spam, and heaps going onscreen at once) but for the most part its playable, you cant expect a fully polished expereince at this point in time.

Bare in mind though whatever is annoying us it's annoying the UWE team 1000 times more and they fix stuff asap.
It's like hearing that your dog went to the toilet on someones leg. It didn't happen to you but it's your dog.

Hahaha. What an analogy. If it were me, I would probably laugh. And apologise, but still laugh.
Personally I would instead liken it to:
It's like hearing that your child hit some other's kid. It didn't happen to you but it's your child.
That's something that as a parent, it is your responsibility and you would correct it.
