Noob looking for some kind of guide

Hey, i'm heard about this game in the Heros of New Earth forums and i though while i was downloading it i would look though some guides and i can't seem to find any at all. So i was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a guide for new players or failing that provide me with some advice.

    There are no official guides and since the game isn't finished, I doub't we'll see any for a while. Would be a bit silly writing a guide for a beta, as it is bound to change.

    For some background and overview, you could do worse than browsing the NS1 site. Just keep in mind that any specifics are bound to change from 1 to 2. But armories are armories, sentries are sentries and resource towers are delicious.

    Watching commentary vids might give you an insight

    On a sidenote, anyone else having troubles recording NS2... Mah recorders are not registering NS2 at all anymore, even though I did manage to make it so a few days back in fullscreen, but that no longer works either...

    some general tips:
    get into commander mode to learn the map (minimap for everyone on the way)
    don't put down RT's you can't defend
    defend RT's! (they're expensive)
    the game is about teamplay, avoid rambo-ing
