Hi, I have searched hi and low for this problem and haven't got any luck to find a solution. But when it comes to it, my computer might be to old for this....
I have a Intel 4 Northwood 3,2GHZ with ATI 9800Pro, 3GB mem and win7, this setup is about 5 years now :0
I have attached a pic for you to see, and you'll notice it's pretty not playable...at all. No text is to be seen anywhere on the menus.

But i guess u dont see the options menu to switch on low setting - i ll look what you can try in the config.
edit: go into the windows explorer, write in the top %appdata% -> go into the natural selection 2 folder(in this appdata folder) -> open the options.xml with a text editor -> set <quality>0</quality>
Anyway, I suggest you send the error to the developers and the machine specifications the proper way. Look at this video for a complete walkthrough on how to get <i>all</i> the system specifications that they'll most likely need.
