Im looking for some really good catchy songs, but of course what does everyone else listen to as well that plays NS. When you add a band, put whats your favorite song from them if ya wanna have people listen to that song to try out the band.

<u>I listen to and love:</u>

Franz Ferdinand - This fire, No you girls, list goes on......
Aqua Bats
Against Me
Socalled - "You are never alone" & "these are the good old days" (hes a hip hop-ish in style but sounds.....strangely good)
Beasty Boys - Sabotage
MGMT - like 2-3 song from them
Radiohead
We are Scientist - Ironically, the song "The Great Escape" is my alarm song when i wake up
The Killers
Stoked
Regina Spektor - It grows on you if you listen to it enough "Us" and "Fidelity"
The Offspring
New Young Pony Club - "The Bomb" and "ice cream" are great
Hives
Ida Maria
Arctic Monkeys
Modest Mouse - mostly just "dashboard" and "float on"
Iron Maiden
Helloween - Mr. Torture is a great song and is totally worth a listen, its funny and catchy
Impelliteri - One of the first rock bands I listened to
Incubus
Lily Allen - Songs are twisted, catchy, and yet innocencent
N.E.R.D. - it has its times
Varies Rap songs that are catchy
Tally Hall - banana man, the bid, and some other song
The Faint - I thought Birth was awesome then I learned that alot of their songs were also
Mars Volta
System of a down
Three Days Grace - The animal I've become
Vampire Weekend
Weezer
Shinedown
Simon and Garfunkel - hazy shade of winter and many others
Say Anything - Admit it! , and a few others - great band
Disturbed
Chevelle - I love "Red"
The Head Set
Beach Boys - When you go to the beach with a girl who is pretty, you sort of love everything she loves
beatles
Beck
Varies Eurobeat songs

    First of all, <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=109211&hl=music" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/in...11&hl=music</a>
Slightly different format, but the idea is the same.

I like quite a bit of the music you listed in your post, but let me add a couple others:

    Nightwish (gothic rock?)
Dream Theater (progressive metal) - A Change Of Seasons (warning: 20+ minutes)
    Cake
    Red Hot Chili Peppers
    Joe Satriani (crazy guitar skills)

possibly my favorite Nightwish song right now...

I 2nd Nightwish. (edit: and Satriani too, this guy is just too awesome)

I'd also recommend K.M.F.D.M (industrial rock) with songs like "Bait & Switch" "Free your Hate" or "Not in my Name" if you want to get your blood pumping before killing Skulkies.

+1 Apocalyptica. I saw them live before I'd heard any of their music (friend had extra tickets) and fell in love. Epica is also good
